Dominic signs to write sci-fi action feature Young Legionary

I've just signed to write a feature adaptation of Douglas Hill's 80s sci-fi novel YOUNG LEGIONARY for Plenitude Productions.

This is my first foray into sci-fi, having spent most of my career to date writing coming-of-age features. 

I'm both excited and nervous about adapting such a well-known novel as I know from experience, fans get nervous when their favourite work gets adapted for the big screen and disappointed when the finished work doesn't deliver. Rest assured this isn't my first adaptation and I always do my best to do the original work justice.
